Return & Refund Policy

At Reed Cycles, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us.

Because many of our products are powersports parts, accessories, and supplier-fulfilled items, all sales are final unless otherwise approved by Reed Cycles or required by law.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for parts that were ordered incorrectly, no longer wanted, installed, used, damaged after delivery, or incompatible due to customer fitment error.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Fitment Responsibility

Product fitment information is provided in each product description when available. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their specific year, make, model, trim, and current machine configuration before purchasing.

Do not guess fitment. If you are unsure whether a product fits your machine, please contact us before placing your order.

Reed Cycles is not responsible for:

Parts ordered for the wrong year, make, model, or trim

Fitment errors caused by customer oversight

Compatibility issues caused by aftermarket modifications or non-stock machine configurations

Incorrect installation or misuse of the product

Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims

Reed Cycles is a retailer and reseller of new products manufactured by third-party brands. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Reed Cycles does not manufacture the products sold on our website.

If an item appears to have a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the defect

A description of the issue

Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will assist you in submitting the issue to the manufacturer or supplier. If the manufacturer confirms a defect, the available remedy may include a replacement part, repair, warranty claim, or other solution according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Reed Cycles does not control manufacturer warranty decisions, processing times, or final warranty outcomes.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and any carrier damage documentation.

Do not install, use, or discard the item or packaging before contacting us. Shipping damage claims may be denied if the product or packaging is discarded before the carrier or supplier can review the claim.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, help arrange the appropriate correction.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been submitted to our supplier, manufacturer, or warehouse for processing.

Once an order has been submitted for processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Unavailable Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, Reed Cycles may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Installation & Use

Many powersports parts and accessories can affect machine operation, visibility, handling, safety, and performance. Customers are responsible for proper installation, confirming compatibility, and understanding how a product may affect their machine.

Reed Cycles is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other issues caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect fitment, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Used & Pre-Owned Parts

Used, pre-owned, open-box, or in-stock takeoff parts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the product description. Condition, wear, and included components may vary and will be disclosed to the best of our ability. These items are not covered by manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.
