Welcome to Reed Cycles. By accessing our website or purchasing from Reed Cycles, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Reed Cycles reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted represents acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Product Information, Fitment & Compatibility

Product fitment information is provided in each product description when available. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their specific year, make, model, trim, and current machine configuration before purchasing.

Do not guess fitment. If you are unsure whether a product fits your machine, please contact us before placing your order.

Reed Cycles is not responsible for:

Parts ordered for the wrong year, make, model, or trim

Fitment issues caused by customer oversight

Compatibility issues caused by aftermarket modifications or non-stock machine configurations

Incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions

3. Third-Party Products & Manufacturer Responsibility

Reed Cycles is a retailer and reseller of new products manufactured by third-party brands, and may also sell select used, pre-owned, open-box, or in-stock parts. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Reed Cycles does not manufacture the products sold on our website.

Product design, manufacturing, warnings, instructions, warranty coverage, and product-specific safety information are provided by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and recommendations.

4. Used, Pre-Owned & In-Stock Parts

Used, pre-owned, open-box, clearance, or in-stock takeoff parts are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in the product description. Condition, wear, included components, and known issues will be disclosed to the best of our ability.

Used and pre-owned parts may not include manufacturer warranties, original packaging, instructions, hardware, or accessories unless specifically stated.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In rare cases, an ordered item may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, Reed Cycles may cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund for that item.

6. Payments & Order Review

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Reed Cycles reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing error, inventory error, or other issue.

7. Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Reed Cycles or required by law. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for incorrectly ordered parts, customer fitment errors, installed items, used items, or items no longer wanted.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Reed Cycles is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, high order volume, or supply-chain disruptions.

Some items may ship directly from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or warehouses. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Reed Cycles is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

9. Warranty

Any applicable warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Reed Cycles. Warranty decisions, including approvals, denials, replacement parts, repair options, and processing timelines, are made solely by the manufacturer.

Reed Cycles may assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims, but we do not control the outcome of those claims.

10. Installation, Operation & Assumption of Risk

Many powersports parts and accessories can affect machine operation, handling, visibility, safety, performance, and warranty coverage. The customer and/or installer is responsible for confirming compatibility, proper installation, and safe operation after installation.

Products are used at the customer’s own risk. Reed Cycles is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, machine damage, loss of use, downtime, or other losses caused by improper installation, incorrect fitment, misuse, modification, racing, off-road use, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

11. California Proposition 65 Warning

Some products sold by Reed Cycles may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

12. Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, text, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Reed Cycles, the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or their respective owners.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
