Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ReedCycles. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, or warehouses.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on supplier availability, warehouse processing times, order volume, peak riding seasons, weather, holidays, or supply-chain delays.

Weekends and holidays are not business days.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout and the shipping location of the item.

Shipping times are estimates only. ReedCycles does not guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, weather, holidays, or supply-chain disruptions.

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information automatically by email when your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, backordered, or delayed after purchase, we will notify you when possible.

Depending on the item and supplier status, you may choose to wait for restock, substitute an available item if approved, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

ReedCycles is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional shipping charges, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ReedCycles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request delivery details.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging

Any carrier damage documentation, if available

Do not install, use, discard, or alter the item or packaging before contacting us. We will assist with a carrier claim, supplier claim, or manufacturer warranty when applicable.

Separate Shipments

Some products may ship separately depending on supplier, manufacturer, warehouse location, item size, and availability.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
