Item is used and in good functional condition. Steering stem is straight with no bends or breaks. Shows normal wear, scratches, surface rust, and oxidation from use. One small cable/brake line retaining clip near the upper portion is broken. Handlebar mounts and lower mounting hardware shown are included. Sold exactly as pictured.
