2020-2024 Polaris RZR PRO XP Shifter Lever Boot Assembly 1544296 5415700 OEM. OEM Polaris gear selector / shifter lever assembly removed from a 2023 Polaris RZR PRO XP 1000. Includes the OEM weld-shift lever, part number 1544296, along with the rubber shifter boot, part number 5415700, and the lower gear-selector knob components shown in the photos. This assembly mounts in the center console and operates the transmission gear selector through the shift cable system. Good used condition with no cracks, breaks or tears noted in the lever or rubber boot. The upper cap/cover for the shift knob is missing and will need to be reused from your original assembly or replaced. Polaris used different gear-selector knob part numbers during 2023 production, including 5455776 through 1/9/2023 and 5459024 from 1/9/2023, so please verify the appropriate knob configuration for your machine if replacing the missing upper piece.
