A long‑travel kit widens the suspension and increases usable travel so your X3 stays flatter and more controlled at speed. This kit converts a 64” machine to 72” wide, dramatically improving stability for desert riding, dunes, and aggressive trail use.

You gain 4 inches per side, turning a 64” Maverick X3 into a true 72” wide platform. That added width improves cornering confidence, crawling stability, and high‑speed control.

This kit is designed to clear up to 32” tires, letting you run larger rubber without compromising suspension geometry. Bigger tires combined with added width give better obstacle clearance and flotation.

Our boxed A‑arms are built from a high‑strength steel alloy that’s 13% stronger than chromoly, reinforced with internal gussets and TIG‑welded seams. They also use chromoly pivot blocks and ball‑joint housings for maximum durability under extreme riding.

Yes. It’s a complete suspension package with boxed A‑arms, heavy‑duty steel trailing arms, billet aluminum hex radius arms, Rhino 2.0 axles, and all required hardware. Everything is matched to work together at 72” width.

Stock axles aren’t long enough for this wider suspension. These Rhino 2.0 axles are longer and stronger than stock, built from 4340 chromoly steel with maximized CV joints to survive aggressive use.

Installation is more involved than a basic suspension upgrade but completely manageable with standard tools and clear instructions. The kit comes complete and bolt‑on, and we also offer optional pre‑installed ball joints to save time.

You can run upgraded SuperATV Heavy‑Duty or Super‑Duty ball joints, both stronger than stock. We can install them for you at purchase, eliminating the need for a press.
