POLARIS RANGER XP 1000 ATLAS PRO 2" FORWARD OFFSET A-ARMS

Next Level A-Arms for Better Suspension

Your Polaris Ranger XP 1000 was made to push limits and leave everyone else in the dirt. Is your Ranger reaching its full potential with its stock A-arms? We know our Atlas Pro 2” Forward A-Arms can get you there. Our improved design has increased the tubing to 1.5” in diameter, making them 0.5” larger than stock and 0.25” larger than our standard A-arms. And if you thought your Ranger looked cool before, these bad boys make your rig look like a monster with 33” tires installed. With larger tubing for increased strength, these high-clearance A-arms set you apart from other riders on the trail.

Bad to the Bone—Atlas Pro Tubing

These Atlas Pro A-arms live up to their hype. They’re the biggest A-arms we have ever designed. We took our standard A-arm measurements and increased the tubing by 0.25”, giving you a beefy 1.5” diameter tubing with 0.138” thick walls. What’s this mean for your stock A-arms? Well, our arms put them to shame by measuring 0.5” bigger. And we give these bad boys a finishing touch by adding our UV-resistant powder coating for improved durability and corrosion resistance. With an increased tubing size, your suspension can withstand the harshest terrain and give you the confidence to ride how you want.

We're so confident in our A-arms that we're selling them with a lifetime warranty. So ride how you want, knowing we've got your back.

2” Offset for Added Stability

The design of these Polaris Ranger XP 1000 control arms gives you an additional 1.5" of ground clearance, allowing you to ride over stumps and rocks you’d pass up in the past. And they come with a 2” forward offset, adding length to your wheelbase by moving the ball joint 2" forward. The offset allows you to run up to 33” tires without adding a lift kit. The trail is at your mercy with larger tires, more ground clearance, and more stability.

Adjustable 24 mm Pivot Blocks

Our high-clearance Ranger XP 1000 control arms also come with adjustable pivot blocks, allowing you to change your camber. When adding a lift kit or larger tires, you have to adjust your camber to eliminate premature wear and tear on your tires. We’ve pre-adjusted your pivot blocks to match your machine's stock specifications, so you don’t have to mess with them if you don’t want to.

Most Kits Include Upgraded Tie Rods

These A-arms come with a complete solid steel tie rod kit to give you the strength and length to match the 2” offset. These rods use chromoly tie rod ends so they can handle hard riding and rough terrain. These heims are tough so you can get down and dirty.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Will forward offset A-arms let me run bigger tires on my Polaris Ranger XP 1000? Yes. These Atlas Pro A-arms use a 2-inch forward offset that gives you clearance to run up to 33-inch tires without adding a lift kit. The offset moves the ball joint forward, lengthening the wheelbase for better stability and improved obstacle clearance when running larger tires.

What makes SuperATV Atlas Pro 2 forward offset A-arms stronger than stock? Atlas Pro A-arms are built from massive 1.5-inch diameter DOM steel tubing with a 0.138-inch wall thickness—0.5 inches larger than OEM and 0.25 inches larger than our standard A-arms. The added material delivers significantly improved strength, durability, and confidence on rough terrain.

Do these A-arms fit all Polaris Ranger XP 1000 models? These A-arms are engineered specifically for Polaris Ranger XP 1000 models, with fitment varying by year and submodel, including standard and Crew configurations. Always check the fitment selector on the product page to ensure compatibility with your exact machine.

How hard is it to install the Atlas Pro 2 forward offset A-arms? Installation is straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools in a home garage. Most riders find the process approachable, and we include step-by-step instructions to ensure proper setup and alignment.

Why does SuperATV use adjustable pivot blocks on these A-arms? The adjustable 24 mm pivot blocks allow you to fine-tune camber, helping prevent uneven tire wear when running larger tires or adding a lift later. They come pre-set to stock specifications so you can install and ride immediately without adjustments if you prefer.

How does a 2-inch forward offset improve handling and stability? The forward offset increases your wheelbase and adds roughly 1.5 inches of additional ground clearance. This improves stability on climbs, uneven terrain, and high-speed trails, helping your Ranger feel more planted and predictable.

Are tie rods included with the SuperATV Atlas Pro A-arms? Most Atlas Pro kits include a solid steel tie rod kit designed to match the added width and strength of the A-arms. This ensures proper steering geometry and eliminates weak points when upgrading to larger tires or riding aggressively.

What kind of warranty do SuperATV Atlas Pro A-arms come with? We back these A-arms with a lifetime warranty, reflecting our confidence in their design, materials, and real-world performance. You can ride hard knowing your suspension is protected for the long haul.
