You need 4WD and predictable front locking from your RZR’s front differential. That’s why you need to upgrade or replace your front sprague and armature with our Extreme-Duty Sprague and Armature kit for the Polaris RZR. It uses a hard-anodized aluminum sprague and a straight-tooth steel armature to boost durability way beyond stock.

Straight-Tooth Armature Plate
The straight-tooth armature plate virtually eliminates the most common failure we see on armature plates. Typical 90° teeth can deform when abused. Our straight-tooth armature is significantly stronger. Each of the 12 straight teeth is designed to take constant abuse without bending.

Ultra-Strong Billet Aluminum Sprague Carrier
Our sprague carrier is made with hard-anodized 7075-T6 aluminum and backed by a lifetime warranty. It comes with OEM-style springs and includes rollers for an easy installation. If you want a reliable front diff, you can’t do any better than this.
